At what time do I need to arrive for my scheduled ticket?
You are welcome to arrive early and enjoy food and beverages from Fantasy Lab’s restaurant with a full bar menu. For your scheduled Time do Dream Experience you are required to check in 30 minutes before your selected start time. Late arrivals will not be allowed to access Time to Dream. If any unfortunate event causes you to arrive late, please check with any of our hosts to review the possibility of rescheduling (which is not guaranteed on that same day).
Where do I park?
Free parking is available for Fashion Show Mall visitors at any of its 6 parking structures. There are six different valet parking stands at the Fashion Show Mall, five are at anchor stores, while the most convenient is on the street level located at the Fantasy Lab/Forever 21 valet ride-share area. The mall offers ride-share options (Uber & Lyft) available from any Las Vegas resort, hotel, or casino directly to Fashion Show Las Vegas.

Can I buy tickets at the door?
An online/digital ticket is required to enter Time to Dream Experience. We recommend purchasing tickets in advance. But you can still make an online schedule and purchase tickets at our location upon availability.
Can I pay in cash?
Yes, we now accept cash for the Time to Dream experience.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Tickets are non-refundable. If you wish to reschedule or transfer your time reservation to someone else’s name, you must contact us at tickets@FantasyLab.us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time reservation.
How long is the Dream experience?
Time to Dream Experience is a full 70-minute experience, consisting of 7-rooms with a 10-minute duration in each room. Thus, you will enter the experience at your scheduled time and exit the experience after approximately one hour.
Are kids allowed in Fantasy Lab?
Fantasy Lab welcomes audiences of all ages. Time to Dream comprises 7 rooms
offering unique experiences. Some are more adult-focused than others,
and vice versa. Guests under the age of 12 years must be accompanied by
an adult at all times. We ask that adults supervise minors accordingly.

Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Outside food and beverages are not allowed but we welcome you to enjoy our food and beverages options from Fantasy Lab’s restaurant and full bar.
Ticketed Time to Dream Experience guests are not allowed to enter the theatrical rooms with food or beverages (Including those from Fantasy Lab’s restaurant). An accidental spill of food or liquids will damage fragile and delicate audio and video technology designed for your enjoyment.
Are pets allowed?
Service companions are welcome at Fantasy Lab. Please refer to Southern Nevada Health District for additional information. Fashion Show Mall is a dog-friendly shopping center. Please also refer to and follow its policies.
Are you ADA-Accessible?
Yes. Fantasy Lab restaurant and Time to Dream Experience areas are ADA accessible.
I have an annual membership, do I still need to book a scheduled time slot reservation?
Yes. All Annual Members holders must contact Fantasy Lab to check for available times. Annual Members can also walk in and get at the “next available” time slot. *There is a minimum of 20 people per reservation.
